TBTC NSW Southern & Central provides Communications and ICT solutions to small and medium Telstra business customers. The TBTC NSW Southern & Central network is part of a fully branded Telstra channel designed to provide professional services to support business customers integrate tailored tech solutions. That means less time troubleshooting tech, and more time taking care of business.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Business Technology Advisor to join the TBTC NSW Southern & Central family. We are looking for a brilliant communicator with a passion for technology and understanding of business customer needs to join our high-performing team. We want to hear from individuals who are relationship management focused and value customer excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business customers from a wide range of industries achieve their business goals through the implementation of technology. We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge of a wide range of ICT solutions, products and technologies. We want to put the human back into technology and our customer obsession drives every business interaction.

Key accountabilities:

  • Maximising qualified leads from our Account Managers and Business Sales teams.
  • Account managing and developing existing Telstra business customers.
  • Utilising Telstra’s full “tool kit” of business products and services.
  • Identifying and creating ICT and collaboration solutions opportunities with our business customers.
  • Building long term business relationships with key stakeholders and partners to develop new opportunities.
  • Achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Putting the human back into technology.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in B2B Technology and Solutions relationship management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Telco and ICT products and solutions.
  • Previous knowledge of Telstra products and services is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B account management, business development or relationship management role.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Passion for technology and across current trends.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professional with a passion for technology to join our high-performing team. We want to hear from individuals who are driven to achieve sales targets, whilst delivering on our customer excellence promises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a handpicked portfolio of Telstra business customers across a wide range of industries. We are searching for someone with the ability to build long term relationships with customers and identify Telstra products, services and solutions that can support their business goals.

Key accountabilities:

  • Developing sales and knowledge capability across Telstra’s broad range of business products and services.
  • Building a sales pipeline through identifying and solving customer needs.
  • Responding to all new and existing business enquires.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current business technology trends.
  • Booking appointments for the Telstra Business Technology Centre team.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Processing orders and using multiple CRM and product specific systems.
